Sesame-Miso dressing

Serve with Healthy Chicken Salad (recipe above).

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Light olive oil or canola oil
  • 2 tsp White miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the above ingredients; mix well and refrigerate. Shake well and pour over salad just before serving.
